You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter this agreement.

One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.

You own the content you post — your photos, answers, and prompts. You grant Apply a limited licence to display that content to the people you choose to share your link with.

Keep it truthful and lawful. No harassment, hate, nudity, spam, or content you don't have the rights to.

People apply to you through your link or QR code. You decide who to accept. When you accept, your chosen contact details are shared with that applicant — and only that applicant.

Apply does not guarantee matches, replies, or outcomes. Be respectful; ghosting is allowed, abuse is not.

Never send money to people you meet here. Meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.

You can block or report anyone. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings — this removes your profile, link, contact details, and applications.

We may suspend access for behaviour that harms other members or the service.

Apply is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; we'll note material changes. Continued use means you accept the current version.
